Cancellation Policy

Terms and Conditions 1. Introduction The Laundry Liaison, LLC provides laundry pick-up and delivery services. By using our services, you agree to the terms below. 2. Service Overview We offer: Pick-up and delivery Washing, drying, folding, and optional dry cleaning Stain treatment and care for special fabrics upon request We use industry-standard processes, though some risk is inherent in laundering. 3. Customer Responsibilities Customers must: Check all pockets and remove personal items (e.g., pens, electronics) Separate delicate/special-care items and provide instructions Provide accurate contact and delivery details Retrieve laundry promptly and verify contents We’re not liable for damage caused by items left in pockets. 4. Quality & Limitations While we strive for high-quality results, we are not responsible for: Pre-existing wear (fading, shrinkage, stretching, thinning) Manufacturer defects (weak stitching, unstable dyes, incorrect labeling) Reactions in specialty fabrics (e.g., silk, lace, cashmere) If you request cleaning that conflicts with care labels, we’re not responsible for resulting damage. 5. Lost or Damaged Items 5.1 Claims Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery and include: Description of item Estimated value or proof of purchase Photos (if applicable) We will investigate and determine responsibility. 5.2 Reimbursement Lost Items: Reimbursed at depreciated value Damaged Items: Up to $50/item, max $250/order, via credit or payment 5.3 Exclusions No reimbursement for: Normal wear and tear Loss due to incorrect delivery info Damage from pre-existing issues or labeling errors Items left in pockets Special-care items not disclosed in advance 6. Turnaround & Delivery We aim to meet delivery timelines but delays may occur due to weather, traffic, or high volume. 6.1 Delivery Conditions Be available at the scheduled time Notify us 4+ hours in advance to reschedule Missed deliveries may incur a redelivery fee 7. Refunds & Cancellations Cancel 24+ hours before pick-up without fee Cancellations within 24 hours may be charged $25 Refunds only if service is not completed as agreed 8. Updates We may update these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website or sent via email/SMS. Continued use means you accept the changes.
