What areas do you serve?

How do I schedule a pickup?
Scheduling a pickup is easy! You can book online through our website, use our mobile app, or call our customer service line. Choose your preferred date and time, and we’ll take care of the rest.
What do I put my laundry in for pickup?
For your initial scheduled pickup, please place your laundry in a standard 13-gallon trash bag. Upon return, you will receive two of our reusable branded bags for your convenience during future pickups.
Do I need to be home for pickup or delivery?
No, you don’t need to be home. Just leave your laundry bag at the designated location (porch, front door, etc.) and we’ll pick it up. Be sure to indicate your preferred pickup spot when scheduling.
How long does the laundry service take?
Most orders are completed within 24–48 hours. Rush service may be available for an additional fee—just ask when placing your order.
What types of laundry do you accept?
We handle everyday laundry, wash & fold, towels, linens, and comforters. Dry cleaning and specialty items (e.g.,dresses, suits) currently not available.
What detergents and cleaning products do you use?
We use high-quality, eco-friendly, skin-safe detergents by default. If you have allergies or preferences (e.g., hypoallergenic or fragrance-free products), let us know when you schedule.
How do I pay for the service?
Payments are made securely through your online account. We accept all major credit/debit cards.
What if I have special instructions?
No problem! You can leave special instructions when scheduling your pickup (e.g., air dry certain items, use cold wash only). We’ll follow them closely.
What happens if an item is lost or damaged?
We take great care with your laundry, but in the rare event of a lost or damaged item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We’ll investigate and work with you to resolve the issue promptly. Please see our terms and conditions.
Can I cancel my monthly subscription anytime I want?
Yes, you can cancel your monthly plan whenever you'd like. If the plan is cancelled prior to your fourth week, you will receive the remaining services for that month. There are no refunds on unused services.
